About Family Lawyer SEO, a marketing desk for family law firms

This site belongs to a small marketing agency that takes on family law offices and no other kind of client. The work rests on one idea: the people typing divorce and custody searches are making a hard call, and the pages that meet them should be plain, accurate and quiet. We write those pages, keep the Maps listings straight, run the ads and report on what came in.

Our services and our pricing are posted, and the sections below say where our work ends.

What this agency is, and where its work stops

Marketing is the only thing sold here. We do not give legal advice, do not explain how a divorce or a custody matter proceeds, and do not say anything about how a matter will turn out. Practice-area words appear on this site because they are the names of the pages, ads and searches a firm markets, and for no other reason.

The same limit shapes how we treat the firm's advertising rules. Those rules come from each state bar and they are the attorney's to read and apply. We draft, the attorney approves, and anything the attorney is unsure of stays unpublished. A title that signals a narrower field, a credential or a promise is the firm's decision, and we leave it out of every draft unless the attorney writes it in.

Reading this site, or writing to us through the contact form, does not make anyone a client of a law firm and does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone.

How a family law firm and our desk work together

  • Start

A first conversation about offices and matters

We ask which offices the firm runs, which counties it wants to reach and which matter types it takes. The answers decide the page list.

  • Drafts

Pages and ads held for the attorney

Each landing page, ad and review reply arrives as a draft. The attorney or a named delegate approves it, edits it or sends it back before anything is published.

  • Accounts

Ad accounts and listings in the firm's name

The firm owns its ad accounts and its Maps profiles from the first day, and the logins are handed over, so leaving never means losing them.

  • Reports

A month-end sheet of calls and forms

Calls and form sends are listed against the page, listing or ad behind them, so the managing attorney sees which work is bringing slips to the desk.

Why the agency works with family law firms only

A firm that takes divorce, custody, support and adoption matters has an intake desk with its own habits: calls often come after hours, the caller may be unsure what to ask, and the desk has to be gentle without sounding scripted. A marketing desk that serves only these offices can write pages and ads for that rhythm instead of reusing a template made for some other trade.

It also keeps the privacy rules simple. Every form we build asks for a name, an email and a phone number. Tracking counts calls and form sends and is not set up to capture case details. Review replies never confirm that someone was a client. These are marketing practices we hold to, set out in plain terms on the review management page and the lead generation page.

What our desk does for a family law firm, and what it leaves alone

  • We draft landing pages, ads and review replies, and the attorney approves each one before it runs.
  • We do not write legal advice, explain procedure or predict how any matter will go.
  • We open ad accounts in the firm's name and hand over the logins.
  • We build forms that ask for a name, an email and a phone number, and nothing about the matter.
  • We never reply to a reviewer without the attorney's sign-off, and no reply confirms that a reviewer was a client.
  • We do not offer anything to anyone in return for a review.
  • We leave claims about credentials, fields of practice and fees to the firm and its state bar.
  • We work with family law offices only, and we do not share one firm's pages with another.

Where a platform or a bar publishes a rule about advertising, the attorney reads it and decides. We follow that decision.

Questions about working with a family law marketing agency

Does Family Lawyer SEO work with a solo family law attorney?

Yes. A solo practice and a multi-office firm are priced on the same posted sheets, and the work is sized to what the attorney can approve. See the services page for how the lines fit different firms.

Does anyone at the agency speak to the firm's callers?

No. Calls and forms go to the firm's own intake desk. We see the counts and the pages or ads that produced them, and we leave the conversation with the caller to the firm.

Does the agency write the firm's reviews for it?

We do not write reviews. We help a firm ask for them on a routine and draft replies for approval. What a reviewer may say about a firm, and how the firm answers, is the attorney's call.

Write to the desk about your family law firm's marketing

A few lines on your offices and the matters you take is enough. Please leave out names of clients and any detail of a case.

Which family law matters should fill the calendar first?

Tell us which kinds of matters the firm wants more of, which counties or offices have consultation slots going unused, and how a new inquiry is handled at your intake desk today. Loose notes will do. Treat it as a conversation about marketing, and leave out names, case facts and anything about a child: nothing sent here starts an attorney-client relationship.

Describe the firm and the calls it wants more of

Name the practice areas, the counties or cities you serve, and what happens to a new inquiry once it arrives. Two or three lines will do. Keep clients, opposing parties, case facts and children out of it; a note to this form is marketing correspondence and forms no attorney-client relationship.

Select a day and an hour below and Ross Cohen, our CEO, will ring you then. It is a marketing call only, with no case facts, no legal advice and no attorney-client relationship.

Set the call for a day and an hour

Once you select a time, the booking is written out here.

Weekdays only, shown in whichever time zone you select. The call covers marketing for the firm and nothing else.

Settle the marketing before the next intake call rings

Tell us which practice areas and counties matter most to the firm. You will get a plain read on where the search work and the ads should start, and the monthly price that goes with it.

The room below is a drawing. It stands for no client, no office and no result.
